CRUISE – Royal Caribbean : Singapore to Penang (3N/4D)

Rules for Booking Cancellation

• Royal Caribbeans only accepts credit card as payments. Upon booking, one can make full amount or pay deposit only, with the final dues to be paid at a later date.
• Deposits are non-refundable by nature. There will be service fees deducted even If your cancellation date falls before 90 days prior to the cruise dates.
• Your booking will be auto-cancelled by the system once you miss out the deadline of the full payment. It is advisable to pay fully at least 10 days ahead of your deadline, in case credit card has issues causing delays for payment clearance.
• Please study the partial refund schedule below for your cancellation of the cruise.

Rules for Passengers

1. Pregnancy <20 weeks and  Babies below 6 months cannot join the cruise.
2. Wheelchair person / physically disadvantaged  / elderly with pre-medical illness still can join, but with the doctor’s letter and everything must well-in-advance arrange for the special needs.
3. All passengers must temporarily surrender the passports upon cruise check in order to exchange with the Cruise ID cards.
4. Passengers must at all times follow the cruise management’s instructions and especially be PUNCTUAL on every off-shore excursion trips.
