1. Our website address is: https://landseaair.online. We sell quality & price balanced products in Myanmar and Singapore online markets.

2. We take Data Privacy matter very seriously, and we are committed to the compliance of both international and local privacy laws and regulations.

3. Your use of our website, followed by your own submission of information to us for account opening or subscription purpose, represents your consent to our privacy policies.

4. Your personal data given to us will not be sold out to other and it will be well protected by our hosting company’s data security measures by international standard.

5. When you visit our store, you may opt-in to saving your personal data via cookies of our website. Technically, most of them will auto delete after some time.

a. Your login data – 2 days, then auto delete; “Remember Me” option will persists for 2 weeks

b. Your personal profile – it will be kept for easy retrieval in the future.

   c. Your screen display choices (like wish list) – 1 year, then auto delete

d. Your reviews of the product – 1 year, then auto delete

6. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except the cannot change their username). Website Administrator can also see and edit that information.

7. Articles on our website include embedded content (e.g. videos, images etc.) which may auto-track your interaction with the embedded content while you are logging in.

3. Registration of your account Personal Profile


To purchase our products, firstly you must open a personal account with your email ID registration. This will create a customer profile for you, when you have verified your email and make account activation to us after receiving our auto-email-invite. Once activated, you will automatically land on your Account Profile page. To complete the registration, we strongly suggest you input all your data on the profile and saved, so that any information will be readily retrieved in future. If you wish to deactivate or withdraw the account, please email to notify us with a reason so that we can help you to deactivate or delete your profile as per your instruction.


4. Merchandizing


Our store is an EXCLUSIVE Ecommerce Store which sells only the carefully SELECTED QUALITY & PRICE BALANCED PRODUCTS after thorough prior

research and comparisons with other similar ones in the market. The products we carry are 100% managed by us, and there is no other private sellers we allowed to sell on our store. Built with simplicity, there were only 5 product categories to remember. Over the time, some products availability may change, as we introduce the new or improved products for you.

For freight forwarding, we sell freighting services by land (Truck & Rail), sea and air. For tour & travel, we sell own-designed tour packages, customized trip itinerary and travel related products. For commodity trading, we sell more of LIFESTYLE products for a better living, and the products that will enhance the quality of land, sea and air around us.


5. Products Pricing

Our primary currency is SGD, but there will be 2 displays of both SGD & MMK currencies on the website.

Based on SGD which is a much more stable currency, we use a market exchange rate to covert into equivalent MMK amount.

The pricing may change at any time, but we will honor the prices once they are appeared on the invoice emailed to you.

We source our products locally and globally, wherever the cost advantage is.


6. Orders


Order-processing will start after the customer’s payment has been credited into our account.


Like other E com stores, we operate with DROP SHIPPING practice. Hence, there will be reasonable waiting time for all orders to be fulfilled.

Most of the orders are on request basis, and we do not always guarantee the product availability because the manufacturers may close down their production on any situation of any time.


When the order is accepted and processed, you will receive an auto email of notification. All failed orders due to a stop of manufacturing will be fully refunded.


There will be some of our favorite products that we will go for official distributorship and will hold inventory in Myanmar as an operational exception. You can see the inventory status on the product page


7. Serving Markets & Promotions


Myanmar is the primary market of our E.com store, as all products we sell are calculated for pricing for Myanmar Market with importation, taxation & delivery.

Singapore is the secondary market only for payment acceptance to create the

convenience of the Myanmar people overseas to support the people in the country.

Free shipping is one marketing tools that we will mostly exercise for customers.

From time to time, we will engage social media or Google advertisement to funnel the traffic to our website.

After 1 year of establishment, we will introduce TREASURED VIPs program for our frequent clients and affiliates.

We will follow Myanmar’s seasonal sales events of the year.


8. Payments


For all products, we accept local Bank Transfer (you will see the banking details upon check out), International credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD)

For certain products which total up below SGD 300 for Yangon city areas deliveries, COD (Cash on Delivery) can be arranged.

Successful payment evidence (such us bank receipts, transaction successful screenshot photos) should be always kept with you.

9. GIFT Service


We provide gift service for some products that we have ready stock in Yangon only.

Our Gift Service includes the proper packaging of the product with beautiful wrapping papers and a greeting or message card for the occasion, and the delivery on time for the date you requested, with 7 days advance notice.


10. Shipping

The overseas shipping charges are incorporated into Product Pricing. Our shipping rates are meant for our Yangon warehouse to the buyer’s delivery address in the Yangon City Area townships listed in our FAQ, or delivery to the highway car gates for out of Yangon purchases.

The shipping rates are constructed on the pattern of BASE rate + Distance increments per kg.

Our standard courier delivery means the delivery service by 1 person for small parcels.

For the sales of large or heavy items (especially packaging materials) or high volume or quantity, we have to make special shipping arrangement in a car or a van or a lorry. In that case, shipping base rates are more expensive.

For express & urgent delivery (within 3 days of purchase), call us for the reason of your urgency once your order is confirmed in your email. One of our customer service staff will attend to your request, and additional fees may apply. ./

11. Taxes


In the meantime, we collect 7% goods & service tax on a sales transaction.


12. Product delivery & receiving


We use sub-contracted delivery service to your door. Quantity and Quality checking against the invoice attached is important upon receiving the product. If you yourself or somebody is receiving your orders on behalf of you, the person must do the proper checking against quantity and outer packaging quality of the goods BEFORE signing off and our delivery person leaves your place. If there is something disagreeable, please call us immediately or photograph the conditions with the delivery man as the witness.


13. Return & Refund


Any return of the product requires immediate reporting to us about the problem of product, or service failure (with clear photos), within 72 hours (3 days) of product delivery or receiving. Our store is always open; so that you can report to us via Email, WhatsApp, FB Messengers, or by telephone in the weekdays. The store has the right to reject any request of return & return which is reported beyond 72 hours’ time allowance.

For product returns, the original packaging of the products must be maintained. Returns must be done in person at our office at the pre-arranged appointment date & time. Any violation or suspicion on the original packaging will result in rejection of return. We do not cover the shipping / transport cost of the returning products. When a return is accepted, the customer can exchange for the same kind of product for different variation, or same price product of different category.

 Any products that prohibited from returning due to hygiene or promotional or any other reason, will be clearly notified on the product page itself. For accounting purpose, the customer must fill up our return or refund request form as part of the process. A full refund will be auto – given back to the same payment party via the same payment mode when the product order has been rejected by the manufacturer.

14. Media & Advertising


On top of using our own created media materials to market our products, we admit that we look for free-use images, graphics, icons, templates, videos etc available on the Google, Chrome browser, you tube and social media. However, it is confusing and daunting experience to trace, know, and ask permission of the originator for each media piece! At any rate, we respectfully acknowledge and give credit to the works of the original creator of each media material we use. We will also immediately take it down if ever objection has risen.


15. Review / Feedback / Survey


Product reviews are freely allowed to put in by any patron with customer profile. We will read and reply to it when any customer service action is necessary.

Alternatively, behind the scene, you can email to us your candid feedback about our store, products, or delivery service at your convenience time. We value all feedback to improve ourselves.

We plan to offer a customer service survey once a year, via email for the betterment of However, participation is optional.


16. Distributor / Wholesaler / Affiliate Program


Any party who wants to work with us as the distributor / wholesaler / affiliate salesperson of certain products can contact our office for the details and the application form to submit. Approval depends on the evaluation result of your application.
